I found the customer support number and got the work-around from there...*drumroll*

Uninstall the 2019.1.1 update

(Control Panel > Uninstall > Programs > Programs and Features > Installed Updates)

Apparently it is a known issue that the devs are currently working on.  Reference number: FCAM-3338

This issue seems to be fixed in Autodesk FeatureCAM 2019.1.2 Update that was released today.
