Finding AnimCurve KeyTime

I use KeyGetTime(index) to get the key time,the result is always renturn as 4704000\9408000\14112000,but in the fbx file,the KeyTime shown like 1539538600\3079077200\4618615800. Is there any solution that get the time value in the file?
