Process Analysis - Server Error

 

 

Hi,

 

I have a problem with running the Process Analysis.

 

Server Error 500 - Internal server error.

 

Everything worked well before.

 

I do not know what to do.

 

I will be grateful for any help.

Hi Martin,

 

There is a recent update to support SSO (single sign on). So could you please go to your installed program to check if "Autodesk Single Sign On Component" is installed? If not, please uninstall "Autodesk Process Analysis" and go to our website to download PA setup to install again. The setup will trigger SSO installation automatically. Please tell me if this will fix the problem.

Martin,

 

Are you working behind your company firewall?  This may be due to network requests that are blocked by the firewall.  Can you use Fiddler to watch your network traffic from Process Analysis?

I am running into another error on the connection to the server as well, popup in the top left.Screenshot (47).png

Hi,

 

Please uninstall Process Analysis and reinstall it from the following link.

 

http://processanalysis.autodesk.com

Hello,

 

I am having the exact same problem, 500 error.

I tried several installs without success.

I used the link provided above.

Am i missing a component ?

The firewall needs to allow the visit to the following URLs,

 

processanalysis.autodesk.com
accounts.autodesk.com

cdn.accounts.autodesk.com

api.autodesk.com
