Inventor Factory DWG Underlay - Scale & Position Issues

Hi all,

I'm new to using DWG underlay tool so hopefully this is an easy one. After inserting a DWG onto my factory floor I don't seem to be able to scale or move the DWG.

The directions I found online said that you just right click the node in the model tree of the DWG inserted and the options should be there. The only one I see of the three is crop though.

When I was looking @ the documentation for 2023 underlay it doesn't have this info covered . Was this functionality removed? Am I missing something?

I have the exact issue in Inventor 2022... the online guide says there should be an option called "Translate" when you right-click the drawing in the model tree, but the option isn't there for me.
