Cannot view DWG overlay in Inventor IDW

Hi Have an Inventro 3D model with an Architectural 2D/3D overlay inserted. When making an 2D (IDW) in Inventor the AD file is not visible. Is this as desigend or am I doing something wrong? br Svein

Thanks for reporting this. Currently we don't support bringing the overlay graphics into the IDW environment; however, this enhancement request has come up before and we are investigating the possibility of doing this in future releases of the products.

Any update to this request. It would be a very useful feature. As currently the factory design suite does not truly allow you to convey the 2D and 3D of your designs to customers in one document..
