Can I add floor?

Hello, all

I'm curious if I can create multiple floors. I want to place multiple floors and set different colors for each. If I can add floors, please let me know how.

I don't entirely understand your question I'll be honest. But yes you can add a floor. 

When you say multiple floors I'm assuming you mean on different levels? But the answer is still yes, we don't do anything on multiple floor levels so I don't know how well it works in the real world environment, but I believe you create a sub layout for each floor level, which is a standard factory option out of the box

Hello Kitae, 

I have created multiple floors before, make each floor its own assembly (as per the FDU default) and then create a new layout and place both sub-assemblies as you would place any other component in Inventor. You can use constrains based on the origin planes of both sub-assemblies (first one you place grounded at origin) and then offset the constrains to determine the difference in position between the two floors.
