Smart Optimized Lengths feature using conditionals

When there is a run slightly longer that the minimum length, the feature splits pipes in a random length(?), for instance see image,

We would like to control the behavior of the Optimized length segments using conditions like:
* If there is a run to split between 20' and 30' do this

* If there is a run before an specific fitting do this

* All these by size of the pipe

For the location of the feature, It would be like multiple lines for the same size in the material section,

At the moment, there is only one option.
