Some companies are using multiple database for each different job. While i do not agree in doing so, i have come to the conclusion that this would solve most of thier issues.
The main reason users use seperate databases is to have a clean database for each job, so that detailers only see the services,itms, etc they should see for that particular job.
If we could restrict the services visible to certian user accounts that would be fantastic. Maybe when you log into full, select a service, under the edit service window. There is a "Visible" box, with all of the users listed, and a checkbox by thier name. Any maybe an "All Users" box checked by default, that way this will not pose a problem for people who dont use it?
When a detailer needs access to a certain job / that can be adjusted and he can ONLY see what he needs to have access to. This would all be easily changed by logging into a full user account.
