items folder expansion

It would be nice to be able to have the option to expand or colapse all folders, or selected folders in the items library & when editing a service template.

To collapse a folder: Highlight a folder name and press the - key.

To expand a folder: Highlight a folder name and press the + key.

To expand all sub-folders: Highlight a folder name and press the * key. (Warning: this could take a while if there are a lot of folders)
