With AutoCAD 2025's API migration to .NET 8.0 it is ludicrous CADmep and other Fabrication verticals were left in Framework 4.8.
These verticals run In tamdem with AutoCAD and I can only imagine most end user .NET plug-in assemblies reference BOTH APIs. Does Autodesk expect Fabrication product users to strip all of their existing code into separate version dependent assemblies while also juggling support for AutoCAD pre and post 2025?
I understand Fabrication is largely ignored these days but introducing breaking API changes in one product and not considering the other seems ridiculous.
I repeat this for the sake of Revit 2025 and its Fabrication integration as well.
