I think I would use CADBLOCK's a little more if there was a centralized repository for the DWG's. Quite often there is 1 DWG that could perfectly represent multiple valves of different materials, but I'm not going to store dissimilar material ITM's in the same folder together. We also have satellite offices that may not have access to a fully qualified file path. This forces me to copy a DWG and bloat my database unnecessarily for each ITM that needs to reference it.
I just want the MAP.ini to have a CADBLOCK folder specification that ITM product lists can use as a valid search path for specified "somevalve.dwg" and the problem wouldn't exist at all.
