Add "Plate Type" to CID's

There are several CIDs/Patterns that I'd like to see the "Plate Type" option added to. Essentially round/oval tap on flat should have this option.

Here's a quick list where I'd like to see a "Plate Type" added so we can get rid of the rectangular plate and use a hole shaped plate....
