Revit will not pick up square bends using design to fabrication. button mapping?

Hi I have recently connected Revit 2020 to my company's database however when using the design to fabrication button on runs of ductwork, it does not use the square bends, instead uses radius bends. When using the autofill exclusion tool and clicking the radius bend and then using design to fab, nothing gets inserted as if it doesn't recognise the square bend as a bend?

is it due to the mapping of the buttons? if so where is the issue?

Please see attached images of button mappings and Revit screenshot

Many thanks

If you look at your button mapping image you will notice your are specify a specific button code when the program see a bend.  Your square bend is using the generic bend button code.  What you need to do is create a button code on the square bend item that is unique like you have for the radius elbow.  Then create a new line item in the button mapping that is mapped to the new code.

Thank You for your response.

I'm not too familiar with button mappings however from your response I have made the following adjustments however it still doesn't seem to be working?

I changed the radius bend properties as the button code for this was just "Bend" not "RadBend" in hope that it would trigger it to pick up the Square Bend but still no luck.

I also added the square bend to the button mapping and moved it up to be grouped with the other Bends.

Through more research I have found many peoples mappings are under a section called "------Revit Mappings-----" is this mandatory or optional?

See attached for relevant images

Thank you

Through more trial and error I think the problem may be that the button mappings aren't getting saved? (when I open Cadmep back up the changes I have made have reverted)
