Plot to PDF, PDF showing "broken" number tags

Sometimes when we plot our spool drawings to PDF the number tags don't show up in a complete form on the PDF. Generally, it looks as if the "printer" ran out of ink and the numbers inside the circle of the tag are partially written. A fix that we have found was to move all the content to the origin (0,0,0) and replot and the tags would plot as they were supposed to, however, we have recently come across some drawings that that no longer works for.

Any thoughts?

Pretty sure he doesn't know what he's talking about either. IDML is an adobe file type.

Anyway,

It isn't a bad idea to copy everything into a clean/blank drawing. I know I like to use the AECTOACAD command and just hit enter through the prompts to scrub bugs out of drawings as well. Its quite literally an export from dwg to a clean dwg; as far as I can tell...

Maybe you could post a drawing I can look at? I don't use any of the in-built annotation tools, but I am kind of curious to see what is going on there. That last update could be the culprit. It does appear that a lot of people are having various issues with things I made my own versions for.
