Placing a tee in a certain location with Takeoff As Cut-in

Once a tee is cut into the run, and the pipe is automatically cut to accommodate same, how can I later relocate it to a specific location either by moving it (and the associated pipe cuts) to line up with, say,  a column line, using object snap tracking? And then how do I make an additional move to shift the tee and the related cuts a specific distance that I type in? (I am new to this program)

Use the STRETCH command with a crossing window around the tee and the pipe cuts on each side.

If the pipe has slope you will have to make another move in the Z axis unless you align the ucs to the slope of the pipe prior to stretching.
