If you build your own content you can make one from a TOL.  In the dims list change the dimension D "Angle #1" to 45.

Andy,

 

   Thanks for the help, that works great however, where do I adjust the insertion point?  The elbolet will come in the middle of the pipe  which I can then adjsut manualy but, I was looking for a way for it to come in exactly where it has to go. On  tangent off the top or bottom of the pie.

I haven't quite figured that part out yet, I extend the centerline of the pipe and attach that way, but I know that's not perfect.  See image...
