Duct Offset text not showing Bottom flat option [Flat on bottom / Flat on Top]

Hello all,

I am just curious why my transition text (offset text) not showing Flat top or Flat bottom, it is only showing Set up and Set Down only.

can anyone let me know where I am doing the mistake / or may be missing a setting.

What values do you have setup in your database for Flat Top and Flat Btm? Go to the database>Takeoff>CAD Settings>Offset Text.

The value for Flat Top and Flat Btm is already putted in offset text. That's my concern, Despite of having all basic setting, it is not coming as desire.

You have the offset depth set to flat top/bottom and not a value correct?
