Unable to renew my Education License

My Education License on Autocad expired recently, I tried to renew it through the restart access option but i was unable to, the following message appeared: "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact SheerID (our identity verification provider) if you need to try again"
i tried contacting SheerID but they were also unable to help, they said that I already have an approved verification request from 27 Mar 2024 and that because of it they can't process a new request. Their response can be read below:

Since you've been verified, we are unable to process additional requests at this time. Autodesk has set guidelines allowing students to be approved once every 335 days.
 
SheerID is limited to handling the verification process as a third-party verification company. Unfortunately, we do not have access to customer accounts and systems. Since our records show that you have been successfully verified, the retailer handles any further questions regarding the offer or your account directly. I hope you understand my support limitations in this case.

I also reached out to our Education team regarding this matter to see is there are current issues. Did you have another Autodesk Account using this email address? The team has told me that email addresses are also restricted to verifying once over 335 days, which could also be a cause here.
