Hi all
I have searched in the Forum and entire website a way to contact educational support but seems there is no way.
The only thing I have is an e-mail from studentcommunity@autodesk.com with "noreply". So it is like in a deaf's dialogue.
I need to know the reason my eligibility for educational license was declined.
I have sent a document in the Romanian Language (like the one accepted last year) because the institutions in my country cannot issue official documents in English.
I asked the school Principal for a new certificate stating my name and the fact that I am a teacher in an eligible school, with date and registration number, school contact: web address e-mail and phone number in order to be checked if needed. No answer!
For the second time I receive rejection mail from studentcommunity@autodesk.com which is an address with "noreply", without showing me what is wrong in the document.
I am sent to the same tutorial as in a deaf dialogue.
I need someone qualified to analyze the situation and the submitted document to tell me WHAT is wrong with the sent document. Because the one way "discussion" with the education department is a shame.

Hi @mariustipa,
You can contact support here using the Autodesk Assistant,
However, all documentation must be submitted in English - a status letter is also accepted and templates are provided for students and faculty.

Hi LeoWarren
No, I am a teacher.
As for the letterhead, I don't think it's legal for a private person (statement by a colleague teacher) to use the insignia of the school institution. The header has the declaration given by the school in Romanian Language, signed and stamped. In another language it is not allowed by the law to certify documents.
I suppose I will quit the process it is too complicated and illogical. I can very well teach them to work with another program.
Thank you for your time and effort in the valuable help that you have provided.
Kindly Regards,
Marius
