Switching Educational license from student to educator

I need to switch my educational license on Autodesk from a student license to an Educator one at a different institution. I can only renew my license as a student.  The only support provided has been the "live chat with an agent" which is never available.

I've reset your education profile, so you should be able reselect your role type.
