Stuck in a loop of entering login information into Fusion 360.

When logging into Fusion 360 with my education license, I enter my login information, and then it loads for about 10 seconds, flashes the "unsupported browser error" screen for half a second, and then takes me right back to the login page for me to enter my information again. I have tried the application version and browser version, as well as trying on my personal laptop as well as a university PC.

Hello. I'm IT support for a high school that uses Fusion 360 and I also have a lab with several students that are having this problem (login loop). I've tried several fixes such as repairing/reinstalling Fusion 360 but without success. Wondering what I should do now. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm a student using an educational license and I'm also going through a similar issue. I think it's because I'm not part of a Team yet but when I try to access Fusion Team the screen below pops up but an activation email is never sent. I've been getting emails from noreply@autodesk.com such as when I verified my account, but for some reason even if I resend the invitation I still don't receive an email to activate my account for Fusion Teams.

Hello, some of my students cannot access their accounts and are stuck in a login loop. Can you assist? They can request help if needed.

Hi @Paul_kwiatkowski

After you invited your students to join your Fusion Team / Project, I can see 6 students have not opened the invitation email and clicked on Join Team, and 5 students did not yet create their Autodesk account, then they also need to click Join Team in the email. Are the students receiving these emails? The Invitation email will look like the following image. If the students are not getting the invitation email, I can approve them later today.

Note: Ask School‘s IT Admin to allow domain: Autodesk.com

Thanks,

-Dan

Thanks Dan, I've shared this with my students, and we'll see how it goes. I appreciate the quick response! (We've just gone on holiday, so it may take some time to find out)

Hi @Paul_kwiatkowski

I was able to approve these seven students: Daisy, Simon, 200110082, Daisy, 210110098, Dely, and Catherina.

The other students will need to first create their Autodesk account and password. This email and password will be used to sign into Fusion.

After your break, please keep us posted.

For those that are following this thread. If you were invited into an Educators Fusion Team / Project and 're not able to sign into Fusion. Check your email, and open the email from noreply.autodesk.com and click Join Team as shown in the image.

If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder. If you still can't find the email ask your school‘s IT Admin to allow domain: Autodesk.com.

Hi Dan,

I didn't receive an email but I uninstalled and installed it and it works now so thank you very much.

Thanks for the help.

Hi @alant_osullivan

Thanks for the update. Glad that you're running Fusion now.

For those reading this in the future. Uninstalling and reinstalling was probably not the solution. While I was approving you, you may have reinstalled Fusion at the same time. The solution was with needing to join the team or being approved.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @kieran_duggan2

Can you please run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to: https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with) and see if you are prompted to create your own Team.

Please keep us posted.
