unable to access Plant 3D

Hello,

This question is still unanswered for me. I am unable to view plant 3D download/install in my educational account. Although install says plant 3D included but only sees 2D. Please help.

I've checked your account, and you have an AutoCAD - including specialised tools license in your account.

Can you check your account and search for AutoCAD Plant 3D? From there, you should be able to download the installer and get going with Plant3D.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further issues or questions - any further details (and screenshots) would be appreciated in this case.

Thanks for your response.

I have checked in https://manage.autodesk.com/products, didn't see plant 3D install/download option (attached snap). Can you help me how to navigate from here please? I have 2023 AutoCAD now.

The image you attached is of the education page - your manage page should look something like this:

As you can see - AutoCAD Plant 3D is listed here - you should see the same,
