"There were some issues at out end" - Error message when trying to re-download Revit 2025.

Hi,

I am getting this error message when trying to download the student version of Revit 2025:

"There were some issues at out end. We ran into a snag. Please come back soon to try again, we are working diligently to resolve the issue" (please see attached screenshot).

I had a new hard drive installed two days ago so I have uninstalled Revit 2025 from my secondary drive and need to  install it on the new SSD drive. I am pretty sure I did a clean uninstall correctly as per the instructions in the link below, although I am still unable to download and install Revit. 

If someone could please help me I would appreciate it because I have a university assessment due soon and time is just ticking away without Revit.
