Problems with educational liscense

I'm having an issue with my Autodesk educational access. On the website, it shows that I have access until August 31, 2024, when I log into my account. However, when I open the AutoCAD app, it keeps saying that my educational access has expired.

I've already tried logging out of the application and logging back in, but my license hasn't been renewed. I have also uninstalled and installed the app 3 times now. Unfortunately, I can't contact Autodesk support because I'm using the student version.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this and continue using AutoCAD under my educational license?

I tried this already. But there is only a possibility to chat with the AI bot, not to the actual customer service (the student version doesn't allow that.....)

Hi @0981423,

Can you try downloading AutoCAD from the Education Product page? This should ensure you have the newest license assigned to your account.

Best,

Leo
