Problem with Education Export Screening

Hello everyone, please I need help, I've been approved to have an access to download and Autodesk products

but after submitting, I have a message, that doesn't change for 4 last weeks:

Your educational eligibility to access Autodesk products is currently undergoing standard export screening.

What should I do next to get an access?

Hi @fedenko_y,

 

Autodesk is obligated under Export Compliance regulations to review all users of our software. Unfortunately this process is taking longer than expected, but 4 weeks is still longer than I'd expect this process to take, so I'll create a case for you with our Education support team, who can work with our Export Team to complete this process.

Anytime - I've just checked your case, and it appears you should be able to access Autodesk software on the Education product page.
