my friends and i are facing problem LIEK we are not able to change Collage/institute. INstead of reset account give a proper solution/guidance for changing educational detail and renew educational lisense. if you wil reset my account my will solve. BUT what will do my other friends/ colleague which all are facing same problem.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Unfortunately, I do not have an alternative or better solution - if there was one then I wouldn't need to issue resets. I have reset your account but I recommend that your friends reach out to our Education Team through the Autodesk Assistant, so they can also reselect their education institution.
