I can't renew my AutoCAD student license

Hello,

I can't renew my Autocad Student Lisance even thought my eligibility is confirmed. When I clik renew my lisance it says it renewed however when i enter Autocad it still has a countdown. 

I would be really appreciated if you guys answer.
