How to Renew Access for Education Licenses where there is no renew option?

Hi all,

I cannot seem to renew my student license to June 2025. I keep having this message in my banner. Despite me clicking on 'Get products' and re-installing Autocad, the renew date is not changing. Would you help me find a way to update please?

Thank you for your help!!

Hi @adele_bourbonne,

Your product license expiry dates are tied to the expiry of your Educational access, which expires on June 11. There should be the option to renew your license in the top banner where your name is. If this option to renew does not appear within the next couple of days, please reach out to me and I'd be happy to reset your verification, but this will cause your current licenses to expire.

Hi I'm also having the same issues and I'm not finding the "renew your license" banner, though I do think I am too late to renew it ( it expires today ). Is there no way to renew it once again after it expires even though its through a school?

Hi @cputyatin1,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Can you try downloading a product you don't currently have access to (like Revit)? This should prompt the verification screen to appear.

Please feel free to reach out if you need any help,

Hello! I tried as you said, to download something I do not have access to and this did prompt a verification screen with all of my information. I was unable to continue because "the max. number of verification attempts was reached... for this educational access to Autodesk products".

Guess I'm already contacting support.
