Hi @Lifeformunknown-GEAS,

Can you try using Fusion 360 on a different browser using incognito/inPrivate mode? This should rule out any browser-specific issues and cache settings.

Otherwise, are you using this at home or school?

I look forward to hearing from you,

All the best,

Hi @Lifeformunknown-GEAS,

No worries - Are you the only one at school experiencing this issue? If other students are experiencing this, then this could have to do with your school's network settings.

Did you manage to try a different browser?

Can you try to use Fusion Online from a computer at home and let me know how it goes? I'm not aware of any issues with Fusion online, so I'm trying to eliminate as many causes as we can,

I believe I am the only one trying to access fusion online so I don't know if it is only me, but I will try at home to see.

That's great to hear @Lifeformunknown-GEAS,

I'd recommend asking your IT Team to approve the ports and domains listed here that Fusion needs to run,
