Educational Version of AutoCad

I'm trying to submit my student daughter's information for an educational version of AutoCad. I have submitted her student ID as proof of enrollment as per AutoDesk website but this was rejected. It includes all the requested information. What am I doing wrong?

I've just checked your account and I can see it is verified into 2025 with a license for AutoCAD - so you should be good to go for the academic year. If everything is working well, I'd be happy to hear from you; otherwise, please don't hesitate to let me know of any issues or questions.
