Which version of AutoCAD are you using? The Autodesk Education Plan only includes the current version plus the next 3 available versions, as of writing this would be 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.
Otherwise, I'd recommend trying to reset your license. We have a guide on how to do this here.
