Education and students Documents Process Renewal Denied

To whom this may concerned,

Issue for the staff:

I tried my college ID like last time, but this time I was denied renewal access. I would do the transcript method, but I have sensitive information on there, and I don't know the exact information Autodesk need on there.

Question for other members:

Did anyone use their transcript for the renewal approval ? If so, What information yall kept hidden and which ones yall did not?

Thanks, in advance!

Hi @amazingboy,

We need your first and last name, a date within the current term and the name of your institution. Alternatively, a status letter from your institution would also be acceptable; please find a template here.

The school I go to is LSC (Lone Star College). When i first received my ID, it displayed an expiration date on it. However, During year 22, LSC issues out new cards without expiration dates. To keep students from having to renew their cards every time. They informed all students that the new cards were not mandatory for purchases,.that we were find with the cards we have.

Can I summit a photo of my student ID and my transcript?

For example, having the photo display my student ID in front of my transcript to cover my SSN and Student Number. That way, the transcript will display the current date, school name and my name. while on the other hand, my student ID will display my school name and my name.

Hi @amazingboy,

I'm not aware of the impact of using two documents in the same image, so it may be possible. In the event this does not work, please try this template, which can be completed on your school's letterhead.

If you have any issues, please reach out to me and I'll look into getting this sorted,

Just want to say thank you for the help, the double document worked.

How do I reactivate my maya 2019? Because, Autodesk is still saying, my license is still expire.

Do I hit "Accept Solution" or the "Like" button, so other people could know that this method works?

I have one more concerned @LeoWarrenADSK

Do you know how I can reactivate maya 2019 without having to install any other versions?

After I lunched maya 2019, buy now and restart access is prompted after launch, but when I had followed all the steps. This is what Autodesk tells me...

Hi @amazingboy,

Maya 2019 is no longer supported by the Autodesk Education Program. Only the current version + next 3 versions are supported. Typically this would be 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021 versions.
