Hello All,
I'm a current student at Cal Poly Pomona, CA, and I'm trying to renew my education license for another year. Once I logged into the Education Software page, https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/, it asks for more information about my school.
But once I completed all of them, I still cannot 'confirm' the information as the button remains to be greyed out.
Please let me know if I'm missing any information or anything else.

I, and several of my class mates are also having the same issue. There's a pop up telling me that I need to renew some information, and then I cannot continue from there. There is a support case open for this.

I have the exact same issue, the button to confirm the address of my University remains grayed out, while all required fiels are filled in correctly. Could you please reset my profile as well?

I am unable to verify my organisation or confirm my eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. I changed institutions earlier. However, my old institution is grayed out, and I cannot edit it.
One of the error messages was 'During the review process we found: MISMATCH_ORGANIZATION_NAME'.
Kindly assist me.

Thanks for updating my account !
I still have a small problem: Inventor indicates my license is valid until Jan 31, 2024...
But when I renew my license, it says it's valid until Jan 17, 2025...
I've logged out of Inventor and it's the same issue, any solution?
Should I do a reinstallation?
