Can't access my student licence

Hello everyone!

So apparently I have had autocad for more than 6 years now, running on my student's licence, but for some reason it has now stopped working. The thing is that my student account says my licence is valid until April 17, 2024, but when I open autocad, it shuts down after a while, showing me a message that says: "The product licence is no longer available. Please save your wokr and shutdown."  The thing is I really need autocad, for I am in the last months of doing my thesis, so if you could help me out I would highly appreciate!
