I have been trying for a month to access the Autocad student version but when i upload the photos needed and press continue it says that there's a problem on your end and to try again later. What should i do?

Thank you.

Hi @alexios_chaimalas,

I've reset your education account, which I'm hoping will resolve the cause of the issue,
Can you try reverifying? Please feel free to reach out if you have any further issues or questions,
