@mhaseebpk27, If this is an educational license, (Personal and not Lab), than Autodesk stopped serial numbers long time ago. So you only need to sign-in to your account to use the software. Also are you seeing any error's..? 

And if not educational license, than which license type is it..?

Hi @colortrack66,

Serial Numbers are no longer issued for Student Licenses - you can sign in with your AutodeskID instead, once you have requested the product from the Education Product page.

I've just checked your account and I cannot see a completed education verification for your account. Can you complete the eligibility process on the Education product page?

Once completed you will be able to download AutoCAD 2023.
