I HAVE BEEN SIGNED UP AS AN EDUCATOR AND ELIGILE TO ASSIGN 250 SEATS.

AFTER ASSIGNING SEATS TO STUDENTS, SOFTWARE COLLAPSES WITHIN 10 MINUTES.

A DIALOGUE BOX DISPLAYS SAYING EITHER TO SAVE DRAWINGS AND QUIT OR QUIT WITHOUT SAVING.

EITHER WAY STUDENTS HAVE TO QUIT THE CAD.

Does the error message look like the error shown in this article? I'd recommend following the troubleshooting tool linked in the article as well as checking your proxy/network settings that could interfere with license activation.

I wanted to confirm that access should be given only to institutional mail
IDs of students or if any personal mail id can also work.

Thank you sharing the screenshot of the error message as it's a different but similarly worded error message to the one I shared the article above for. Can you try the solutions recommended in this article? This should resolve the underlying issue which is most commonly the licensing service.
