Add License key after a trial - fail error cannot display in a frame

Like others reporting across products and platforms after a trial and attempting to enter the license key for a education purpose you receive the following error, then it takes to your account manager.  Irrespective of platform, tried MAC, Linux and Windows 10/11 without impact errors are the same. Plenty of us at Uni having same issue

Hello, LeoWarren-EDU. This issue is not resolved. If it was resolved to a user. Can you please share how to get past this issue? We have the same issue as everyone else here. When I click on the Go To Solution link, its bringing me back to this thread.

I apologise for the disruption. I have created cases for you all with our Education Support Team, who will be able to resolve the issue until a fix is in place.

Until then, escalating to support is the solution I have available.

I have same issue on AutoCAD 2022 with education IT Admin account.

Why they use internet explorer on activation procedure?

IE was out of support for a long time. They must know that.

When is this problem fixed ? I have work to be done with a programm I can't use and a multi milion company is not able to get a simple license working and is using IE ...

Dear sir, we are still waiting for the issue and so does our students. Can you please ask the technical team to fix this issue ASAP. It happened after releasing the new version of 2025 before that everything was fine. Please look into this and update us. Thank you.

I worked. But your license system is a nightmare. I really can't recommend anyone to use Autocad if they want a fast working software without trouble...

Yea ours won't let us install device licenses and chat support appears to be guessing and in the meantime we have almost 50 computers and none of the autodesk software will activate which is extremely frustrating. The chatdesk just keeps sending us on wild goose chases. I can't believe that autodesk doesn't understand IT personel work in these environments and we really know our jobs in some cases. I'm getting Java scripts on the validation of the serial number in the initial validation and autodesk is pointing at firewalls or vpns...or Java security...I can see the code is having issues with validating the serial #...please help us?

hmmm...nice. I wonder if that would also pertain to our weird Javascript error upon validation of first time registration. It woukd be great if a new license for each product made this work. Please see attached. This is the first this we see after enter the serial # and product key. 50 systems dead in the water atm.
