Unable to launch Eagle

I Purchased an Eagle Maker License in October 2016. I noticed in November that I received was a student license. The distributor I purchased from advised me that Autodesk was unable to resolve the issue until after the new year. When I followed up last week I learned that the distributor no longer represented the Eagle product line.
Your new release looks promising but having just spent CA$250 for a license I could have received by providing a college e-mail address.
I know the student and maker have the same features but I purchased a maker license.
I am not about to commit to a monthly fee for a license that I just paid for and will not work for me. I travel frequently and rarely with the luxury of an internet connection. Eagle is a hobby product for me which I use infrequently. With your license model I will need to open eagle daily in case I get sent on a sudden trip for weeks without connectivity. Even then I would only have access for the first 2 weeks.
How do I get the license I paid for?
