Can't change Path permalenty

If I try to change the Path under /Optionen/Verzeichnisse (Sorry I get it in German - in English /Options/Paths ?) the Change was not saved. If I exit Eagle and run it new, I have against die (old) default Paths. I use die Linuxversion under openSuSE 13.2.

Hi MSchmidt_glz,

Sorry for the inconvenience, what version of EAGLE are you using? did you have an earlier version installed and it worked?

Path is stored in the .eaglerc file, you can manually add it.  Make sure you have admin rights to the folder to write the file.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Ed

Hello Mr. Roblede,

thank, here is the problem. Here is no ~/.eaglerc !
The manual says: It was created if I exit EAGLE !
I can it create by hand, but the manual contains nothing about the format of the entry's.
But I do so, it take also no effect.

I use the eagle 8.0.0
