Where is the error and why does show this message?

Hi @Anonymous,

The issue with your file is likely the greek characters. Try storing your models in a location where you don't have the greek characters. EAGLE's SPICE engine is very picky about character formatting.

I had recently the same error. One of my nodes was named 0.5_VDD. After renaming it to HALF_SVDD it was solved and the data was stored correctly. So it seems that some node names give problems in storing the simulation data.
