Hello,

1) How can define a rigid-flex PCB/Stack-up in Eagle 9.6.2?
2) How can define a flex PCB/Stack-up in Eagle 9.6.2?

Is there some kind of implementation for these?
Or how can achieve these things in Eagle 9.6.2?

Thank you.

Hi @AndreasMark

there is no direct/dedicated support of rigid/flex circuit boards.

I have seen different way to realize this in EAGLE:

You could for example use layer 20 for the board contour as a whole and use two additional layers to mark the contour of the rigid part of you board and another layer for the flexible part. This could be for example layer 120 and layer 121.

Or you could use layer 20 as usual for the rigid part and an additional layer to draw the contour of the flexible part.

I think it would be a good idea to talk to the board manufacturer before. They might have some preferences they are usually working with.

I hope this helps.
