Removing dimension layer on hole

I am creating a template of a common board I use in the library footprint editor.

When I place holes, the hole has a circle on the dimension layer that will interfere with board outline. How do I remove the dimension layer circle from the hole in library footprint editor?

That circle it draws on the dimension layer is the diameter of the hole and cannot be turned off. If the circle drawn is interfering with the board outline your hole is too close to the edge of the board....

Make sure Layer 20 Dimension and Layer 45 Holes are turned on. Then use the group/select tool to delete them.
