Cannot open library in version 9.5

Has anyone had issues opening libraries in version 9.5 from the menu when in Schematic or PCB? I like to open library and nothing happens. I do the same with 9.4 and it is fine

Yep, the Library->Open Library option is currently broken in 9.5.0. I only noticed this recently when somebody else posted up similar, but I almost never actually used this way of opening libraries so hadn't spotted it was broken. Hopefully they'll get it fixed in the next bug fix release.

Having the same issue, had to revert to 9.4.2.

in EAGLE 9.5.0 are two know issues that will be fixed soon.

• The File/Open menu in the editor windows do not work properly; only the Control Panel's menus work as expected.
• If a file name has a file extension in capital letters (like .LBR) it won't be loaded.
