I've never had this issue before, but I have a design in Fusion 360 containing several linked files including the EAGLE board. When I push from EAGLE to F360, the board file updates perfectly fine, but in the system design, after the "get latest" command, only the PCB updates. The components are stuck in the original position when the file was first inserted into that project. You see an example in the attached pictures after nudging a part in EAGLE:

No idea if this was the fix or not, but now it works fine... I noticed one component in the managed library was not saved to the cloud - so just created a new version of the library, updated back in the design, pushed up to F360, now all works fine

Nevermind on that last thought - back to work again today and pushes to F360 are back to only updating the PCB in the project that links back to the board design
