My main IC randomly generates micro-airwires around pads

All signals are properly routed, DRC shows 0 air wires, closing eagle-> opening it again, DRC shows 47 micro-airwires.  Autorouter and "quick route air wire" fail to solve them. It is always MCU, the package does not matter.
DRC is unusable, because of the noise, this bug generated. I don't consider blind trust, manual rerouting, or DRC approval as a valid solution.  Has anyone encountered/fixed this problem?

Hi @lukas_homola ,

I hope you're doing well. Thanks for posting, the issue would seem like a rounding error with the part being rotated. @HelenChen-ElectronicsQA Could you make a ticket for this? I believe Cameron Nicks(one of our expert elites) has reported this before.

In the short term the easiest way to solve this is to just run the autorouter, it will clean up all of those little airwires automatically.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi Everyone,

So a quick question, are the files you working on older files? After speaking to a developer he mentioned that this should have been resolved for new files but older files might still drag this issue.

Does anyone have a reproducible case you could share? I could pass that along to the developer for review.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi @lukas_homola ,

So sorry to hear that you're having trouble.

As @jorge_garcia mentioned that we had made some improvements about DRC for that in Fusion 360. Do you mind trying latest Fusion 360? Or do you mind sending your board file to us to have a double check?

Thank you.

Regards,

Helen
