In circuits.io some 3D packages can't be edited, the "Edit" button doesn't exist.
I created a new library for connectors (from con-ptr500 library) and i can't edit somo 3D package.

This is a known limitation. If you copy from EAGLE's built in library, those assets belong to autodesk and can not be modified. What you have to do is change the package a little within EAGLE, doing this will cause library.io to no longer recognize the association to Autodesk's built-in content and you will be allowed to assign your own.
We want to make this process easier and will be adding functionality that will allow you to assign your own models without having to do the workaround mentioned above.
