I hope this message finds you well. Could you provide more information? After trying a few times check the Windows logs and see if there are any reports of errors. The link shows you the instructions to check the logs.

Thank you for your time @jorge_garcia .I uninstalled and reinstalled it again but same issues occur. It loads the initial Eagle logo/image then stops. I have attached the error message gotten from event viewer.

The error report mentions LIBEAY32.DLL

A search for that on this forum shows up this knowledge base article and others. Have you tried the solutions in there?
