Please tell me how to design two long holes of 0.7 x 3.1 mm at the left end and the right end in the figure of the URL below.

Hi all!

Of course this is possible but the way to do it depend a lot of the manufacturer.
I created one in the past... Below step to do it BUT it's important to check with your manufacturer if it works!!!

- First place an pad with a drill smaller that the cutout needed and a diameter smaller that the final slot pad you need.

- Draw in polygons of the final slot pad (copper) in all copper layers (if you do only on TOP and bottom, the inner layer can't be fine connected...)
- Then draw a bigger polygon for tStop and tStop
- Then draw the slot cutout into the polygons in mil layer. (This Mil layer must be send to manufacturer to realise the cutout in the slot pad)

I put a library in attachment with the part I used if it can help.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Thanks for your reply,

But when I tell that EAGLE don't do that, I mean natively !! for sure with some methods it's always possible to do but all the CADSOFT do more simply and natively and quick.

But thanks.
