How to create polygons with rounded/circular filling

Hello Support,

 

How can we create polygons with filling like the one shown in the following picture:Rounded edgesRounded edges

 We are using Eagle 9.2.0.

That seems to be just the clearance from the via of a different net.  It is automatic. The distance of the clearance is either set by the net class settings if they exist, other wise by the default minimum clearance setting in the DRC settings.

I meant the circular shape around the via.... all my polygons are with the following hexagonal shape:roundededged2.jpg

EAGLE is using an approximation of a circle with a wire that has its width set to the width parameter of the polygon.  If you reduce the width of the polygon you will see more circular openings.  However, if you make the width smaller than your minimum copper width on the board then the circles will be more circular but you could have parts of your polygon that is too narrow for your design rules and your board house may complain.
